When someone purchases Curated Recommendations from you, you will receive an email that includes the answers to their questions and their email address. The timing for delivery that you set starts from the day they buy the guide.

Send the client a note Let them know you’ve received their request and that you’re getting to work on it! Ask any necessary follow-up questions and reiterate your delivery date.

Create a private Guide in your Library in Thatch Start to fill in the places and details necessary. Be sure to come up with a logical naming system for your custom guides so you can keep track of whose is whose. Consider writing the deliver date in the Description field so that you can keep track.

Double Check your work

• Re-read the answers they submitted to your questions to be sure you’ve met their needs
• Make sure you have a written or audio note in every place you’ve recommended

Deliver the Guide

Remember that during checkout, your client will be asked to pay 50% of the total amount.

Therefore, when you are ready to deliver the final product, you need to do the following:

1. Make sure that the guide is tagged as an "itinerary" by following the instructions in this guide.
2. Put a paywall on the guide that includes the remaining amount. You will receive detailed instructions on how to do this in the confirmation email.
