Search & Save Using the Search Bar

<aside> ☝ Search for a specific place - like "Taqueria Cancun" - not a concept - like "tacos."
Refine results by adding a location - like "Taqueria Cancun San Francisco."

  1. Tap into the search bar
  2. Type in a place name
  3. Suggestions will appear
  4. Tap the match
  5. View that place listing
  6. Tap "Save"
  7. Make any edits.

Long Press (or right-click) to Save

This is useful if you’re using the map to find a place, or if you’re saving a place that doesn’t come up in search results.

Once you save the place, customize it however you’d like, including renaming, adding photos, and changing the icon.
