Nat, Inc. (d/b/a Thatch) (“Thatch,” “we,” “us”) is a platform for travel creators to curate, share, and sell travel knowledge and services. Thatch’s mission is unlock the full potential of every travel creator on the planet, while always respecting and valuing your privacy. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, process, and share your personal information, and to inform you of how to exercise your privacy rights.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us, including on our website (https://www.thatch.co/), mobile applications, and other online or offline offerings. To make this Privacy Policy easier to read, our websites, mobile applications, and other offerings are collectively called “Services.”

We collect personal information from our website and mobile application visitors and customers (“Users”), as well as from our travel creators, who curate, share, and sell their travel knowledge (“Creators”). The categories of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with us, our Services, and the requirements of applicable law. We collect information that you provide to us, information we obtain automatically when you use our Services, and information from other sources such as third-party services and organizations, as described below.
We do not generally require you to disclose any sensitive information (e.g., details of race, religious belief, sexual orientation or membership of a trade union) to us. If you do provide us with sensitive information for any reason, you consent to us collecting that information and using and disclosing that information for the purpose for which you disclosed it to us and as permitted by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”) and other relevant laws.

Account Creation.
To access certain parts of our Services, you may need to create an account (your “Thatch Account”). To set up a Thatch Account, we may require your full name, email address, username, and password. You may have the option to add images for a profile picture to your Thatch Account. You may also have the option to share information about yourself with other Users via our Services.
Users can also access some our Services as a guest, without creating a Thatch Account. If you use our Services without creating or logging into a Thatch Account, we will still collect the personal data described in “Information Collected Automatically” below associated with your device identifiers, device information, and location.
Purchases
We may collect personal information and details associated with your purchases, including payment information. Any payments made via our Services are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not directly collect or store any payment card information entered through our Services, but we may receive information associated with your payment card information (e.g., your billing details).
Your Communications with Us.
We may collect personal information, such as your full name, email address, phone number, or mailing address when you request information about our Services, register for our newsletter, request customer or technical support, apply for a job, or otherwise communicate with us.
